People read the declaration together. The call on the GLA to stop
all infrastructure projects polluting the air of
London’s poorest communities and committing us all to extinction,
and to empower a Citizen's Assembly
to rewrite the London Plan and declare a Tax Rebellion, witholding
the GLA part of their council tax.

Cyclists prepare to leave at the end of the protest. Many
went on to protest at a consultation about the extra runway
at Heathrow, calling for the plans to be abandoned.
