The march against the slaughter of dolphins in Taiji cove, Japan,
was rather smaller than I expected
but probably more would turn up later to protest outside the Japanese
Embassy
A woman waves a Japanese flag with bloody hand prints on it
and another has a dolphin on her chee. Many wear 'Sea Shepherd' tops
and carry dolphins of various sizes and shapes
as well as pictures of the bloody slaughter
Many are killed in the cove, others are captured and sold to aquaria
to perform to the public
A police officer looks at one of the leaflets the protesters are handing
out
The march begins
and goes up Whitehall
Although it is fairly small it makes a lot of noise
I leave it and return to photograph another group in Parliament Square
