'Commander Neil Godwin Tracy' of International Rescue - Neil is better
known as 'Charlie X'
He goes to the door of BEIS to offer his services
but is refused entry
they won't even let him lock himself to the door
Eventually Neil gives up
but sprays glue on the wall below their nameboard
Smooths it out
and then brings out a poster to apply
But as he smoothes it out, security swoop and steal the poster. They
took his glue and his placard too, but then
returned the placard, Neil finds another poster
and puts the 'Fracking Awful
Business' poster on the glue which is still on the wall
and then poses with his placard 'Stop Climate Change'
