also intended as a cover up.

A well-known photographer who mentored a succesful artist who died
at Grenfell writes on the wall
People gather under the Westway. 23 acres were given to the local
community as recompense for the dislocation
and suffereing when the Westway was put through the area. The trust
that was set up to run it has now lost the
confidence and support of the local community - just like Kensington
& Chelsea Council (RBKC) they say it
does not work for the local people but operates like any property
developer.

and some carried the large Grenfell Hearts with messages such as 'TRUTH'

there is as yet little sign of it.
