All the outsourced workers want to be brought in house - employed
directly by the University, not by contract companies
Outsourcing always leads to bad management and poor pay and conditions.
Out-sourcing companies cut costs by paying workers less and giving
them poorer conditions of service
and they cut hours so that staff cannot do their jobs properly.
