Silverdale Holiday

 On the distant horizon we could see Morecambe and Heysham nuclear power station

The Silverdale Pony Stud was founded in 1921.The names refer to two ponies and the Royal Show at Warwick. 

We were on another trip to The Cove 

 

 

 

 

and on the path 

Only one pub was open in Silverdale. A second one is being rebuilt 

But we were on our way to the shops and didn't stop 

Silverdale post office is about to be closed, moving to a counter in a shop a short distance to the north
