J11 Carnival against Capitalism

West End, London. Tue 11 Jun 2013

The police officer tells them they will be committing an offence if they continue to play and suggests they

might be 'processed'. The band debated whether to continue

and the crowd shouted at the police for trying to stop them playing.

The band looked at the map and decided to go on to their next stop, which was BP's HQ in St James's Square

Police looked worried as the protesters began to arrive at BP, whose doors where firmly shut

but all the protesters were going to do was to stand around and make a lot of noise and denounce BP for their many crimes

(why some asked don't the police arrest the criminals in these offices rather than peaceful protesters)

or listen to the samba band continuing to play despite the police threat

and show their banners

Or get in the way of photographers when they are taking pictures! A classic example. That man with a big
camera might be in the right place to take a picture so I'll hold my phone directly in front of his lens!

Welcome indeed to Pig City!

But by now I was tired and went home.
