	Joan Ruddock MP speaking The audience were standing in mud to listen One young girl had a placard 'I have Anaphylactic Allergies - Who will save Me if there is no A and E!' Dancing in the mud to the Olympic band There were many hospital staff listening to the speeches, including this consultant in Paediatric Surgery
	The nurses come up on stage with the band And a photographer from the campaign slips in the mud and gets helped up and the group poses for the cameras
