The Passion of Jesus

Trafalgar Square, London. Good Friday 2 April 2010


Guards keep watch over the tomb but fall asleep
 
  And are woken with a shock as the stone falls down and Jesus appears
 
  They stagger up and flee the scene
 
 
 
  Mary Magdalene comes to wash the body
 
  
     
But finds to tomb empty, and is distraught, thinking the body has been stolen   
     
 

 

 

Jesus appears to her 

 

 

She rushes to tell the disciples the good news
