Wedding 'Die-In' Against Afghanistan War

Northwood, Middlesex. Wednesday 27 May, 2009


  It kept raining all morning. After around 35 minutes and several public warnings the police moved in to clear the road
 
Each protester was read an official warning and unless they then moved were lifted and carried to the grass at the side of the road 
 
Officers appeared to be trying to handle the protesters carefully, although some had some bad bruises      
 
  Although there were several teams of officers working, it took quite a while to clear all the protesters
